Always Someone There To Snap A Picture

Nobody questions how someone is always ready to take pics of these major killing events. Why aren't these photographers helping the victims, instead of taking snapshots for the media? Maybe because these are fake events/psyops produced by the media and military to propagandize us with fear? If these were real events, anyone who is anyone would put down the fucking camera and help out.
